Joseph Campbell and Jean Erdman Scholarships are awarded to four incoming Freshmen students every year who display a capacity for depth and aptitude for storytelling. This is an annual award applied to Studio School tuition that recurs each year for students in good standing.

Nathalya Lopez is originally from Mexicali, Baja California, a place where dance is not a career option.
“The thing I hope to accomplish in my career as a dancer is making people believe and feel something through the silent storytelling that is dance. I’m attending Studio School in hopes of earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Dance.”
Bella Mashanski is an aspiring film actress/filmmaker/producer.
“I want to be able to help the deaf/blind/ and disabled communities share their stories through film, to better educate society on their abilities. This is why I’m so excited to spend the next four years in the Film + Digital content program at Studio School!”

Gregory Alexander Foltynowicz
Gregory Alexander Foltynowicz is an award-winning film student and freelance filmmaker who is attending Studio School in LA this Fall 2018. He has professionally contributed 200+ hours on Thesis and Advanced Production Sets at Colorado Film School in Denver with many different positions. He graduated from Park City High School and has a reputation of being one of most talented filmmakers involved with PCHS film program. His senior year he dedicated a massive amount of time working on a short film, 20 minutes in length, titled The Courier. This film won Best Cinematography, Best of Fest and was nominated for Best Editing at the All American High School Film Festival in NYC 2018. This film also won Best Picture at the Miner Film Festival 2018 held at Eccles. It also received honorable mentions at Global Shorts and Official Selection & Best Film at Park City Film Series 2017. Last summer, he wrote, directed, and edited a 15 minute higher budget short film titled The Mourner that is going through a festival circuit. While attending Colorado Film School (CFS) this past year, he had the opportunity to make three films that were accepted into the CFS Student Show, which is highly competitive. Gregory also has made a plethora of commercials for local companies in Park City, Utah. He has had collaboration works that have been official selections and won awards at Utah International Film Festival, 27th Annual Cinequest Film & VR Festival, Nashville International Film Festival, and 31st Annual Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. Lastly, Greg is registered through Utah Film Commission and currently is a production assistant for the digital TV series, Snatchers and has been part of Park City Film Studio where he was invited and observed A24’s Hereditary and
